Various Small Renovation Projects - Owner's Representative for the completion of toilet room renovations, window replacements, cycle painting, clock tower renovation and major interior renovation for projects during summer 2005. Our responsibilities included intense project management during last month of summer renovation projects in order to ensure timely completion for school year. We primarily coordinated the Pittsburgh Public Schools inspection team and tightly managed the various contractors. schedules, making sure that each prime performed his work immediately upon completion of the preceding activity and pushing all primes to expedite their material deliveries and work crews.
