Facility condition survey and inspection for PNC Park and Heinz Field 
Provide an annual assessment of the condition of the facilities by evaluating maintenance records and warranties, observing major building components such as foundations, structure, building envelope and roof, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, fire and life safety reviews, and general finish and housekeeping. Evaluate facility for structural defects, evidence of deferred maintenance, excessive wear and tear and make a judgment on the life expectancy of various building systems.
