Owner's Representative for construction of new gymnasium, cafeteria and classroom addition to an existing, occupied school. Our responsibilities included:

  • daily jobsite inspection
  • coordination with school principal and custodian
  • emergency evacuation planning and daily maintenance and jobsite security inspections
  • schedule management, review, analysis, reporting
  • change order management, parallel estimating, review, negotiation, recommendations
  • quality review and contract document updating
  • progress photographs and monthly report preparation
  • designer/owner coordination-i.e. tracking of RFIs, submittals, and action items
  • progress tracking and requisition and schedule of values review
  • construction coordination meetings/owner update meetings
  • pre-installation meetings
  • meetings with building inspector and Fire Marshall for occupancy
  • punchlist management.
