Owner's Representative for construction of new gymnasium, cafeteria and classroom addition to an existing, occupied school. Our responsibilities included:
- daily jobsite inspection
- coordination with school principal and custodian
- emergency evacuation planning and daily maintenance and jobsite security inspections
- schedule management, review, analysis, reporting
- change order management, parallel estimating, review, negotiation, recommendations
- quality review and contract document updating
- progress photographs and monthly report preparation
- designer/owner coordination-i.e. tracking of RFIs, submittals, and action items
- progress tracking and requisition and schedule of values review
- construction coordination meetings/owner update meetings
- pre-installation meetings
- meetings with building inspector and Fire Marshall for occupancy
- punchlist management.
